Ritika Rachel Wilson is a psychologist with over six years of experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Having trained in CBT and REBT at the Albert Ellis Institute ATC India, and with additional expertise in expressive arts therapy, she offers compassionate, tailored interventions that help clients reconnect with themselves.
