Aniket Deshpande works as a counselling psychologist with an experience of around 3 years and actively working for a year with Rocket Health. He completed his post graduation in counselling psychology from S. P. College, Pune; Diploma in Family and Marriage Counselling from MKSSS Baya Karve, Pune; and Certification in Trauma Informed Care from TISS, Mumbai.

He is trained in RE-CBT, SFBT, Somatic Therapy and currently getting trained in Attachment Therapy. He follows an integrative approach in practice guided by the trauma informed lens with somatic and attachment therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, and cognitive approaches.
