About the webinar

This experiential upskilling session is designed for practitioners looking to take their first steps into Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and begin integrating it into their therapeutic practice in a simple, accessible way.

Rather than focusing on extensive problem analysis, this workshop introduces a beginner-friendly, solution-oriented approach that helps clients move toward meaningful change by identifying strengths, resources, and small, achievable steps forward.

Participants will learn how to gently shift conversations from problem exploration to possibility building and goal clarity.

Through interactive exercises, the session will explore how to use foundational SFBT tools such as scaling, goal setting, and exception finding in real clinical contexts.

The focus is on building comfort with the approach, understanding how change can emerge through language, collaboration, and noticing what already works.

The workshop emphasizes learning by doing, offering therapists a hands-on introduction to conducting brief, effective, and empowering conversations that foster client agency, hope, and progress, starting with small, practical shifts in their everyday sessions.
